The new factory plans to invest in 20 sets of die-casting machines ranging from 350T to 2200T, with the Swiss Bühler 530T and 840T die-casting machines and the Japanese Ube 1100T die-casting machine already in place. In terms of quality control, the company has successively purchased American Thermo Fisher spectrometers, Swedish Hexagon high-precision coordinate measuring machines, American General Electric GE X-ray flaw detectors, profile meters, roughness testers, electronic universal testing machines, and various hardness testers and electronic torque meters for mechanical performance testing.
